This is an acrylic painting of a summer floral arrangement that my teacher had brought to class. I thought it was so beautiful I painted it instead of the Raven that was given as the example during that days class. The color array and warm brightness of the painting would go well with any decor. Imagination & Creativity see what can be from what there is! So much detail and emotion can be portrayed on a piece of paper by the use of a simple pencil...adding color makes it absolutely magical! It was when I became an "empty nester" that I discovered the time to enter the creative side of my brain and let it emerge. It has been a wonderful time of discovery and with the encouragement of family and friends I have ventured out to share my art with others.
