This is a watercolor painting of a sweet Rhodesian Razorback Dog named Mandy. Her owner kindly gave me a photo of her pet for me to use for a painting and I of course needed to add something special. Most my paintings are a bit whimsical and usually have that added touch of something special. Enjoy!
Imagination & Creativity see what can be from what there is! So much detail and emotion can be portrayed on a piece of paper by the use of a simple pencil...adding color makes it absolutely magical! It was when I became an "empty nester" that I discovered the time to enter the creative side of my brain and let it emerge. It has been a wonderful time of discovery and with the encouragement of family and friends I have ventured out to share my art with others.
